The Marena Group Launches Innovative FlexFit™ Technology for Post-Surgical Compression Bras

Marena’s post-surgical bras featuring FlexFit™ technology are designed with patient-first value and bi-cup technology that integrates two cup sizes into one bra without compromising fit or comfort, and allows for variation in breast size due to fluctuations in post-operative swelling, differences in pre-surgery estimates vs. achieved, and different prosthesis and tissue expander volumes.

The bi-cup technology is made possible by the unique 3D stretch of Marena’s proprietary TriFlex™ fabric, which is engineered to provide targeted compression with consistent stretch to the skin’s surface without compromising fit or comfort. The fabric also contains active silver antimicrobial protection and provides a softer feel on the skin.

FlexFit™ supports the skin following all breast procedures including breast augmentation, mammoplasty, reduction, and mastopexy. FlexFit™ also offers a unique bra size chart. The chart helps consumers find the correctly-sized bra in three simple steps. The size is based on band size and cup size, and then combining both measurements to find the proper overall size. Proper sizing is important post-surgery as it ensures consistent compression for ultimate recovery and healing.
