Products may be returned in original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping + handling fees. No credit will be given after 30 days.
Due to government regulations, any garment that has been opened cannot be returned unless deemed defective. Please call Customer Care at 888-462-7362 immediately to report any defects.

The standard lead time for in-stock items is 2 business days from order placement but will depend on the size of the order. Larger quantity orders may take longer to ship.
Orders with an expedited shipping method are subject to current lead times. Once your order has shipped, the arrival time is dependent on the expedited shipping method selected and its corresponding courier service.
For example: Sally places an order on Friday afternoon and selects overnight shipping. Under normal order processing times, Sally’s order is processed within 2 business days. The order ships on Tuesday and arrives the next day.
