Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Depending on inventory, most orders will ship within 24 hours of being received or the next business day.  Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. 

Marena's shipping department will be closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day | January 1
  • Memorial Day |  Last Monday in May
  • Independence Day | July 3
  • Labor Day | First Monday in September
  • Thanksgiving | November 26 + 27
  • Christmas Eve | December 24 
  • Christmas Day | December 25

If your order needs to be processed faster than our 24-hour policy, please contact our Marena Customer Care Team at 1-888-4-MARENA (1-888-462-7362). Additional handling fees and expedited shipping costs will apply.


International Shipping

Orders placed on website can only be delivered to destinations inside the United States.

The Marena Group, LLC reserves the right to change this policy at any time.


Return Policy

Return Information

  • Merchandise ordered in error may be returned in original unopened packaging. No credit will be given for merchandise after 30 days of receipt.
  • We guarantee all garments to be free from manufacturing flaw or defect prior to use. Due to government regulations, any Marena garment that has been worn for any length of time cannot be returned unless defective. Please call Marena Customer Care at 1-888-4-MARENA immediately to report any defects.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before goods may be returned. To obtain one, contact Customer Care at 1-888-4-MARENA. Please have your order number available.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping products back to the Marena warehouse.
  • Items must be returned within 10 working days from date of RA issuance.
  • Credit will be issued based on the invoice amount for the value of the merchandise only, less any applicable restocking fees.
  • Quality Inspections are performed within 10 business days of receiving a returned garment.


How to return your garment

  1. Review the return policy above to ensure your garment is eligible for return.
  2. Contact the Customer Care Team at 1-888-4-MARENA or email returns@marenagroup.com to initiate a return request.
  3. Once your RA number has been issued, return it for processing at the following address:

We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and retaining your tracking number until return is confirmed to be received at Marena.

Marena does not offer product exchanges. If a replacement garment is desired, please place a new order and initiate a return request for your current garment (see return instructions above) separately. This way you will receive your new garment as quickly as possible.
