A few helpful tips:
- Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
- Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.

My experience with Marena has been absolutely flawless- no where else I’ll be going for my compression garments! I had a belt lipectomy with lipo 360 and Renuvion in September. After getting out of my stage 1 garments provided by my surgeon, I tried a different stage 2 before finding Marena. These garments are the real deal! I bought 1 to try and then came back a week later to get 2 more. The quality is top notch, they are supportive yet comfortable to wear, and they’ve done wonders at keeping my swelling minimized and shape on point. But what’s even better is the service I received. One of my garments arrived with two small holes in the lower back area. I reached out not knowing if or how they could help. I received a response within 48 hours - and not only a response from a real person, but they went ahead and shipped me a replacement! No arguing, excuse making or hassle whatsoever - hands down, the best experience with a customer service representative I could have asked for! Because of this, I’ll be returning for more garments when I get a thigh lift this spring. If you’re on the fence about ordering- do it! You won’t regret it!

I’ve purchased compression garments before from Marena, and I’ve never been disappointed. I love the full body compression. Once on, I don’t take it off til the end of the day. The open crotch is the perfect size to use the toilet easily without having to take the garment off. I use the black pair in lieu of pantyhose or leggings under dresses or tunics. I highly recommend this product.

United StatesI ordered size as per the size chart. Its too big. I only tries it on with pants underneath it. Called to ask to return. I was told no because I had opened package. It is too big. I was told I could not send back and they would send me a coupon for another one. I still Have not received coupon. Spoke to Tia.
