I was told by my physician to wear the compression garment that places most compression on the midsection and thighs. It has straps to hold it in place. However, at 5'4' and 120 pounds, this garment did not fit me well in either a small or medium size. It pressed into my ribs making it very uncomfortable and the compression in the legs was not enough to provide a therapeutic response. As a result, I ordered the capri #225 in a small. This garment actually fit me and provided great compression from above the waist through mid calf. You might consider ordering two different sizes and try on the one you think will work best first. Most importantly, it was comfortable enough to wear it as ordered by my physician. If you have an unopened item, the return policy is very good.
This is my 2nd order, they are so energizing. Great for travel, legs feel good after airplane or sitting car for extended time. Rests good on back too. Lasts long time as well.
Really liked them but two seams ripped after washing (and hang drying) them the first time, right on the front below the waist, so very visible. They are the right size, so it’s not a size issue, just a flaw or quality issue I think.
Very comfortable; easy care; lovely, breathable fabric. Supportive, yet comfortable.
I absolutely LOVE these. My surgeon had me on "active recovery" within 3 days. I am now 3 months post surgery and wish I would have bought them earlier!!! These are exactly what I needed for support and to help facilitate my active recovery and healing. I can't imagine wearing anything else when I workout now and essentially live in them on the weekends!
