I’m 11 weeks post op and I have been searching for an actual compression legging rather than a pantyhose or undergarment. These are the best I’ve found by far!!! I love the way these fit as I’m 5’2” and have a pear shape. They have a firm amount of compression 15-20mg I would guess. Material is smooth on the inside… as post surgery with sensitive nerves, I can’t handle the textured style compression at the moment. I work a physical, outdoor job and these help to keep me cooler rather than layering undergarments or hose. They are the most expensive legging I have purchased, but compared to the other options, these work the best for me.

The compression in the leg area was great just what I needed with my Lipedema, however the waist rolls down and cuts into the body making wearing these leggings very uncomfortable. At this price point this is not what I expected, very dissapointed.
I have been wearing these for years. Wonderful feel for muscles that are very active, supports well while looking very fashionable in the gym or on the street.Please please bring back the colored threads on black leggings. Everyone stops me on the street with these with compliments!!

These are the best compression pants I have found yet; however, they were larger than the sizing chart. I especially like the top area. These are the first compression pants I have found that do not roll or cut into me or extend past my ******* at the top. These are perfect. The problem is the fit. They are just too big. I followed the sizing chart exactly. I recommend ordering down a size from the Marena sizing chart. The fit and feel of the garment is fantastic. (XXL Short)
