Size GuideDesigned with our proprietary fabric, the FBOS features open buttocks and comes with sacral foam pads. The sacral pads are stackable and allow doctors to customize fit and definition in the sacral triangle by adjusting to the size of the transfer. Reinforcement panels are also featured on the abdomen, hips, inner and outer thighs, and below the buttocks. Additional features include slide-adjustable shoulder straps, a padded zipper front closure with underlying hook & eye closure for easy application, above-the-knee leg coverage with a clean-cut finish, and an open crotch.
United StatesThis garment is excellent quality. I measured carefully and ordered S in accordance with the size chart. However, my measurements are right on the upward edge of small and wished I had ordered a medium because the garment is too snug at the waist.

I could not get the garment past my knees although I ordered according to my measurements and their sizing chart. After many failed attempts at exchanging my garments (I ordered two), I decided to order from Marena since this is where I ordered my garment after having a tummy tuck. Customer service was friendly and helpful as I asked about their best bbl garments. I paid for the expedited shipping, and they arrived exactly two days later. I love the fit and compression. My only dislike is with the piece that goes down the middle of the buttocks since it can be a little uncomfortable when sitting. Don’t waste your time with the cheaper products! You may end up spending more money with Marena, but you will have a for sure medical grade, high quality garment.
