Amazing product.

I recently underwent thigh lift/skin removal surgery, and my surgeon’s office provided me with a pair of these high-waisted compression garments that go down to the calf at my one-day post-op appointment. Initially, I wasn’t a fan and opted for wraps for the first few days. However, I noticed my swelling became uneven, and it was difficult to gauge the right amount of pressure. When I switched back to these garments, the difference was incredible. After just two days, the swelling below my knees disappeared, and everything evened out. Walking and moving around became much less painful. The only challenge was managing my drain tubes, but those were removed today, so that’s no longer an issue. Another standout feature is the gusset. I’ve worn shapewear with gussets before, and using the restroom always felt messy and stressful. This product, however, has a generously sized gusset, making it hassle-free. I’m so impressed with the results—my swelling at five days post-op has improved dramatically. I’m ordering more pairs and highly recommend these to anyone recovering from similar surgery!

Amazing material

Since my post op I have trusted Marena garments to help with my recovery and step 2 garments. The material fits amazing and is very soft against the skin. Highly recommended branded for those whom are looking for post op garments. Will definitely purchase again!

Great product

Very comfortable girdle. I accidentally ordered a wrong size, and it was exchanged for the correct one with one phone call - very professional customer service. The product itself is comfortable, easy to wash, very absorbent (that is super important for someone who goes through age related changes), and does it job very well. Will be ordering more.

Great Post Procedure Compression

It does a good job of providing comprehensive compression. It is a little challenging to get on immediately after surgery when you are sore, so it would be good to have help. After about 3 weeks, my ******* started getting sore from compression, so got a waist length suit. Overall does the job very well and my doctor recommended this brand.

This item fits great. I had a tummy tuck one month ago. Now, my girdle is shaping my tummy and back very well. I love this long-leg girdle instead of my compression socks. And the open closure is perfect for bathroom runs.
