Introducing our first compression garment specifically designed for the daily management of early-state lipedema symptoms. The Lipedema Early-State Everyday Management provides optimal levels of compression from 15-20 mmHg, which may help reduce inflammation, pain, tenderness, and sensitivity in the affected areas. Compression has been shown to help improve circulation and promote lymphatic drainage.
This legging features a more tapered leg silhouette to provide optimal fit and maintain ideal compression levels during this stage.
Made with our proprietary TriFlex™ 3D stretch fabric, this garment provides consistent targeted compression that has been shown to help combat swelling, plus relieve pain related to tissue fibrosis that may occur with lipedema.
Additional features such as antimicrobial protection and moisture wicking help keep the skin cool and dry, which supports longer wear time. In addition, it can help aid in the appearance of lipedema by smoothing the skin and contouring the legs.
The soft, elastic waistband is backed with our TriFlex™ fabric to ensure all-day comfort. Reinforced stitching provides strength and durability for extended wear.

Marena garments are designed for precise compression, so finding your right size is important for comfort and performance. Because these garments are recognized as a Class I medical device, accurate sizing is especially important for comfort, fit, and the results you expect.
Before you order, take a few minutes to measure yourself and match your measurements to the size chart linked above.
A few helpful tips:
- Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
- Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.
- Check the correct size chart for the garment. Different styles may use different size charts.
- Between sizes? Choose the larger of the two sizes. If you are unsure, please reach out to us for guidance.

These bring my heart rate down 10-15 points even without beta blockers. I use them with my meds to control my POTS. When I wear them, I’m able to walk, stand, and generally have energy when I wasn’t able to do any of that before. If you have POTS, you should definitely check these out!
