Designed for post-surgical recovery following lipedema reduction procedures, the Lipedema Post-Surgical Girdle with FlexFit Comfort Ankle™ - Womens Sizing provides optimal levels of compression, which may help reduce fluid buildup, improve circulation, and give skin a smoother appearance.
The patent-pending FlexFit Comfort Ankle™ construction consists of two gliding panels designed to follow the natural movement of the ankle. This helps prevent constriction, binding, and pain, which commonly occurs with many lipedema garments. A clean finish edge at the toes allows for added comfort while wearing shoes.
Side zippers and padded hook & eye closures make for easier donning and doffing. Reinforced stitching provides strength and durability for extended wear. Features an open crotch for convenience and hygiene.
Made with our proprietary TriFlex™ 3D-stretch fabric, this garment provides consistent targeted compression that has been shown to help combat swelling and tenderness. Features antimicrobial protection and moisture wicking to keep the skin cool and dry.
To provide superior fit and support, we offer garment sizes ranging from 14W-28W (Womens) to 2XS-2XL (Missy).

A few helpful tips:
- Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
- Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.
- Check the correct size chart for the garment. Different styles may use different size charts.
- Between sizes? Choose the larger of the two sizes. If you are unsure, please reach out to us for guidance.

Overall I like the concept of the lipedema compression verse the ankle length pair, however I am 5’3 and the lipedema pair is much too long for me. To line up the flexi ankle, meant to be bunched up behind the knee and thigh crease. I like the thinner waist band and the flexi ankle however wish they came in short size. Another oddity, the fabric though same mmg is not as soft and flexible as the ankle length pair and I found it to not fit as nicely.
