Designed for post-surgical recovery following lipedema reduction procedures, the Lipedema Post-Surgical Girdle with FlexFit Comfort Ankle™ - Missy Sizing provides optimal levels of compression, which may help reduce fluid buildup, improve circulation, and give skin a smoother appearance.
The patent-pending FlexFit Comfort Ankle™ construction consists of two gliding panels designed to follow the natural movement of the ankle. This helps prevent constriction, binding, and pain, which commonly occurs with many lipedema garments. A clean finish edge at the toes allows for added comfort while wearing shoes.
Side zippers and padded hook & eye closures make for easier donning and doffing. Reinforced stitching provides strength and durability for extended wear. Features an open crotch for convenience and hygiene.
Made with our proprietary TriFlex™ 3D-stretch fabric, this garment provides consistent targeted compression that has been shown to help combat swelling and tenderness. Features antimicrobial protection and moisture wicking to keep the skin cool and dry.
To provide superior fit and support, we offer garment sizes ranging from 2XS-2XL (Missy) to 14W-28W (Womens).

Marena garments are designed for precise compression, so finding your right size is important for comfort and performance. Because these garments are recognized as a Class I medical device, accurate sizing is especially important for comfort, fit, and the results you expect.
Before you order, take a few minutes to measure yourself and match your measurements to the size chart linked above.
A few helpful tips:
- Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
- Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.
- Check the correct size chart for the garment. Different styles may use different size charts.
- Between sizes? Choose the larger of the two sizes. If you are unsure, please reach out to us for guidance.

United StatesPERFECT missing smaller sizes
That is the best garments for lipedema patients. The only thing was that I started with one size and after 4 weeks of surgery I went 2 sizes smaller for the pantyhose. The last size I purchase was 2xs and they are already lose. I would love to have a even smaller size.

Really soft and comfortable. I’m wearing these 24/7 for weeks and I’m starting to wonder how long the compression strength really lasts. I feel like I’m having to replace often bc they start feeling loose. Still my fav brand though!

I want to take this review and shout out: Tia Smith at Marena: 770-685-7672, tsmith@marenagroup.com. My first order was a size small 15-mm Hg lipidema pants. I found these pants too large and they were fraying at the seams within 1-2 weeks of normal wear. Miss Smith is an absolute rock start with caring for her cutomers. She went above and beyong all expectations and did her best to ensure I was satisfied. She sent me garments until we found the right choice for me. I'd give this particular product a 4 out of 5. It's sad that Marena's items don't last as long as you'd like them to. But thanks to Tia, I am happy. the key with Marena is you will first need a second pair of the item you buy. Having two (or multiple) items in rotation will preserve the quality of the item you have. I don't do anything crazy with my items like exercise or anything. I just wear them around the house. And after normal wear and use, they fray at their seams (sadly :( ... ) But Thanks to tia, I give all of my Marena items a 10 out of 10. Thanks for everything Tia! -Anthony

When you hear compression pants you think of being uncomfortable and dreading to take them on and off. These post-surgical Lipedema compression pants were wonderful. They were soft and very comfortable to wear and the opening in the crotch made it easy to go to the bathroom without the hassle of having to take them on and off each time. They held up very well in the wash as well. Also had an issue with 1 of my orders and customer service was amazing to deal with. Will definitely recommend these to anyone needing a Post-Surgical garment.
