I have at least 4 different garments for post-surgical healing, and this by far is the best. It covers where needed, has opening in the crotch (which became surprisingly convenient), and supplied the right amount of compression. My only criticism is that I wished it came in petite sizing. As a shorter woman, the body rides high and the sides end up folding down when worn continuously.

I had a thigh lift 10 months ago and have been dealing with revisions due to excess tissue/skin not being able to be removed at the initial procedure. I recently had additional lipo to my inner thighs and my doctor gave me the option to buy their compression garment or bring one of my own. I chose to bring my own, this Marena garment, however when I woke up from surgery they had put me in one of their garments. The nurse said they couldn’t get mine on or something,..I can’t really recall what their issues were thanks to the anesthesia fog lol. However, the minute I could get their garment off and put this Marena garment on, I did! Theirs was incredibly uncomfortable with the crotch area not staying put, it didn’t hold its shape long and stretched out after on day of wear. Oh, and it went on inside out; it was impossible to figure out how to put on. Regardless, not the standard and quality I am accustomed to with my Marena garments. Thank goodness I had my stage 1 garments from my thigh surgery, along with one of these in a large and a medium, I was able to ditch the one from my surgeon. If you’re having any surgery and need a recovery garment, definitely go with a Marena one; there’s no comparison!
