United StatesI had both abdominoplasty and gynecomastia surgery at same time. I totally agree with some other reviewers to measure twice and go to next larger size. I measured my chest at the axilla as 42 cm and got the large size and could barely breath. Got XL and all is wonderful. It provides appropriate pressure at chest level and abdominal level and goes all the way down to the butt. It is easy to put on and feels substantially more comfortable than the wrap around type abdominal compression wraps and significantly more comfortable on the chest area than the Velcro closure vests given by my plastic surgeon. It also makes wearing regular clothes a breeze and I've even worn ties with it on and did not notice it much. I really think it is worth the cost. It is 116 degrees in Houston this summer and even going back and forth from the car it does not seem to be associated with as much sweat getting between skin and vest.
United StatesI used both the full body suit and this vest after BodyTite procedures. They both have worked well, but I find this vest much more comfortable for use at night. Worked well.
United StatesI took measurements carefully but the vest can't be used without extenders. It is very well made and comfortable. Advise you purchase at least one size up, especially with swelling after surgery.
