i brought this for my husband 's birthday and he loved it. it was not for medical reasons; he wanted it because he wanted a body shaper and this company was the only one who offered this vest in his size. He is 6'6 and wieghs 350. it has really taken a lot of pressur off his back pain as well. We are so satisfied, we are planning to purchase 2 more so he doesn't wear them out and each one can keep its elasticity for a ong time. Thank you marena, you have made my hubby happy.
