Based on my therapist's initial measurements at my first appointment I ordered a Large size. The swelling went down so quickly that by my second appointment she suggested I switch to a Medium! This fits really well and is comfortable to wear. However, the Velcro is so incredibly strong that it it nearly impossible to separate the pieces. I know we want it to hold in place, but wow, you have to be able to get it on.

I'm new to this type of garment. I ordered one at the suggestion of my OT and received it rapidly. I was uncomfortable with it at first but soon learned the best way to put it on, which helped. My first night wearing it was mildly unpleasant but from then on I became accustomed to it. I now sleep as though it was not there. My measurement was on the border between medium and large. I first ordered the medium but later ordered a large as well. Both are effective. The company seems customer-oriented and easy to deal with.

Service was great. Wrap arrived a day early. Is sturdy, easy to fit to head. After first usage, began to show improvements in facial lymphedema. Am going to buy one more today as a spare when first one needs a wash!
United StatesThe fit was about perfect. I thought it was going to be difficult to sleep with it, but had no problems. The outside of the mask will get a little frayed from being bunched up, so you need to store it flat and Velcro attached.
