The MVS is perfect for when abdominal coverage is not needed in a vest. It is also ideal to reduce any unwanted fabric bunching on men with shorter torsos. This short vest covers to above the belly button. Features a padded zipper front closure, adjustable hook-&-loop shoulder straps, and a wide elastic band at the bottom to keep from rolling up.

United StatesHonestly, this product was incredibly tight at first. I was very concerned. After a day it either helped my swelling tremendously or the fabric loosened a little. It fits like a glove, it provides even distribution over my surgical sites. I’m very impressed. Much better than the $19.99 my doctor gave me (8900 later).

United StatesI got this for top surgery and regret not going up a size. I tried it on before surgery and it was snug but not super tight, which is what my surgeon recommended. When I woke up in recovery ward it felt a little tighter than expected and progressively got tighter the more swollen and bloated I became post op. I had to switch to an ace wrap at my first post op since it was confirmed it was too tight and restricting some blood flow. I would say this was user error and not the fault of the vest itself. The feeling of the compression vest was soft and comfortable. The Velcro at the top of the shoulders also make this much easier to get into - with the help of someone - when your arm movement is so restricted. I would recommend this product. I wish I had the correct size to have used it for the rest of my recovery because this is easier to put on and take off in comparison to ace wrap.

I had originally bought a cheaper compression garment post surgery, but switched to this one when the other wasn’t working well enough. I wish I’d bought from Marena from the get-go. It made a huge, visible difference in my healing. It is expensive, but the difference in quality is well worth it.
