This is a really great compression suit. It keeps its compression for a few days before you have to wash it to get it to shrink back. I do wish that it were more tight where it seals in the lower abdomen. That area tended to be loose as well as around the top portion of my legs. That was where I really needed the compression. They look like leggings on the bottom so you can easily wear them as leggings with a long shirt, dress, etc.
