Marena garments are designed for precise compression, so finding your right size is important for comfort and performance. Because these garments are recognized as a Class I medical device, accurate sizing is especially important for comfort, fit, and the results you expect.
Before you order, take a few minutes to measure yourself and match your measurements to the size chart linked above.
A few helpful tips:
- Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
- Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.
- Check the correct size chart for the garment. Different styles may use different size charts.
- Between sizes? Choose the larger of the two sizes. If you are unsure, please reach out to us for guidance.

The mask conforms to the face well; however, the edges does fray with repeated use.

It was hard to get used to this - but once I did, it is helping to control my facial lymphedema. It is well crafted - the velcro gets stuck to the fabric and "pulls" it, but I guess there is nothing to do about that.

This is easy to put on and off, comfortable, and effective - I have noticeable results. Two things that I noticed - the compression is not laying flat on my cheekbones (the downsides of not getting a custom garment) and the velcro is VERY sticky - I store it velcro'd to avoid one end from attaching to the garment and snagging things.
