About 6 weeks after my tummy tuck I still had some swelling in my lower abdomen, so my doctor recommended I choose a compression brief (I had previously been in the knee length version. I was careful to measure, but was concerned that the brief would cut into my legs and ride up. However, the transition to the new garment has been great, especially during the summer heat. I prefer this style over the other brief versions. The swelling is already going down and I am so thankful Marena makes such great quality garments.

The material is a little scratchy. I have to wear underwear and bra pads under it to make sure my incisions aren't rubbing. Also the snaps in the crotch area are very rigid and definitely rub when walking in the loosest setting. However, the compression and stability of this one is better than any other I tried. I bought a second.
