I had breast reconstruction surgery with fat grafting from my belly. I've used abdominal binders, spanx, foam boards for compression but this garment was the best for me. The slits at the bottom make it very convenient to use the restroom. It provides great compression while still being comfortable. Plus the fabric conforms to my figure which is important for healing properly. The product is very well made. I ordered a second pair! Highly recommend!

The compression & fit is generally very good but with my short (just under 5 feet) waist the band pulls up too far and rolls down. The items with full back and straps fit me much more comfortably.

This item was to small and not easy to close because of the hooks and zipper. I had to buy from a different maker that had an easier to get on and better fit. The fact that I could not return an item that I never used and had to try on to see that it didn't fit well and was very difficult to close is a very bad policy. I just lost $120.00 for something I wasn't able to use. I am still waiting a week later for my refund on two other items I returned and didn't open thank GOD- since I saw this one wasn't a good product for me. Over all its the return policy that is horrible! And the time it takes to get my credit for un opened items should not take so long.
