I'm only up 4 pounds and I'm 4 weeks post op. That's a quick recovery!! The crotch opening is open enough for easy and hygienic peeing and pooping. Once a month had passed, it was time for me to size down and I went with an XS stage 2 high-back ankle length. I adore this garment. The compression is great and it literally feels like I have nothing on. I am obsessed with the fact that I don’t have to pull it down to use the bathroom. I LOVE the fact that its seamless too. I can wear these under most everything undetected.

United StatesI have lipedema and have already gone through two surgeries. I've worn different brands and styles of compression for years. This is hands-down the style and brand that suits me best. With the shoulder straps, I don't have to worry about the garment slipping down and cutting into my waist. I like not having hooks or zippers to deal with. The crotchless style took a little getting used to, but is definitely appreciated! It washes nicely and dries quickly. Clothing slides over it easily and wears well. I have both the black and buff colors, in sizes M and S. I do get better compression from the S, but the shoulder straps on the M are more comfortable. I wear both all the time though, and will definitely purchase again.
