This garment worked really well for me and felt comfortable but offered enough compression.
I’ve been wearing Marina compression 24/7 for six weeks now. Although before surgery I could not dream of even wearing pajama pants to bed, these are tolerable. They breathe as best they can in the summer heat. This is not a shot an anyone but if I could do it again, I’d NEVER do lipo in the summer—a total buzz ****.
I had thigh lift and liposuction done along with breast reduction. My doctor is the one who gave me my Marena compression garment. It has been a blessing with the pain only have a couple of faults. I did start to get blood blisters on my back so had to wear a cami under it so it wouldn't rub my skin raw. I have very sensitive skin no fault to the product i believe. I had issues using the restroom with it on so had to fight taking it up and down as I found the crotch area to small not to get icky wet without removing. The torso was to long for me I have shorter torso long legs 5'6 but I found if I rolled it won it was okay. I also have very flaky/dry skin even with slathering on the lotion not very breathable. I do however love this product overall and I am planning on buying my next stage I love it so much.
This item is on par with Marena quality, but not for those with short torsos and longer legs like myself (5'10"). I found the garment bunched up around the bra line in order to get the crotch to fit appropriately (restroom access). This garment has more pluses than minuses. I would have given 5 stars otherwiser.
I absolutely love these compression garments are they are lightweight and super comfortable. However, I have two garments, one provided to me by my surgeon and the other I purchased separately. Both have tears in them after not even a month of use. It is frustrating as I have to constantly readjust the garment to make the tears even out per se so that they do not get any bigger. Love the garments but disappointed by how easily the tear.
