Engineered with our FlexFit™cups and adjustable closures, this bras accommodates fluctuations in size due to swelling. Features microfiber 3-row hook-&-eye front closure and microfiber 3-row hook-&-eye shoulder straps. Additional features include outward-facing seams that prevent suture disturbance and a semi-longline length that extends beyond the inframammary fold, with a soft, elastic bottom band. Our proprietary TriFlex™ fabric has superior stretch to prevent binding, provides moisture wicking and cooling, and active silver antimicrobial protection. Machine washable.

I just had breast reduction surgery last week and Marena came to my rescue when the other bras my surgeon’s office recommended started coming apart at the seams.
