I had lipo 360 with underams and axilla. My doc sent me home with scraps for compression, while the other local business offered proper but uncomfortable fajas. The notion of wearing a faja 24/7 for the next two months seemed like a nightmare. Thankfully, I felt so much relief once I tried the Marena bodysuit. It's a comfortable fabric, the crotch opening is very generous, and it's adjustable as you go through the healing stages. My favorite thing about it is I don't have to let it air dry; it can go in the dryer like any other garment, and it shrinks a bit, so you can have that tiny bit of extra compression that day. The only caveat is that the arm support isn't enough past 3-4 weeks post-op. I have to layer garments to get the appropriate compression. This may also be due to the size I purchased — I'm 5'4", 135lb, 34D, and I followed another reviewer's advice to go with an L. I'm on the last set of closures at 4 weeks post-op. The size may be OK for the abdomen, but for the arms, I may have needed a M.

Extremely high quality and easy to use. I followed the size chart and the garment fit great. I have a DDD bra cup size and was worried this garment would be too tight in the chest. It was perfect and there is no need to wear a bra with it. The garments aren't cheap but I'm very glad I purchased them.

FTRS/SM-2XS-B BODY SUIT
I had airsculpt + in my full abdomen and upper arms. I’m 5'6". I was 160lbs before the procedures. I’m a M/L in tops and an 8 in pants. I ordered the large. I'm 4 weeks post and am able to move to next set of eye hooks. I love that the suit can be tightened as my swelling and fluid retention diminishes. Although I’ve not found a compression garment that is completely comfortable, this fits better than expected! The material quality is great. I did talk to customer service, who was of great assistance, so polite and helpful. I have since ordered backups!
