The Caress Ultra-Soft Zip-Front Surgical Bra offers the perfect balance of gentle support and targeted compression to promote healing, help reduce swelling, and provide lasting comfort during the acute recovery phase following mastectomy, breast reconstruction, or fat grafting, including reconstructive or aesthetic procedures, lumpectomy, and cardiac surgery.

This bra features a dual-fabric construction with soft support fabric in the cups, front and straps for comfort against sensitive skin. The sides and back are made from our proprietary TriFlex™  fabric which provides targeted compression to help support lymphatic drainage and reduce swelling. 

The zipper front closure with padded hook-&-eye backing ensures a secure, comfortable fit. Forward-facing hook-&-eye shoulder straps allow for full adjustability and convenient post-op clinical viewing.
