I'm 170 lbs., size 12, and I ordered the Large for tummy tuck recovery. It fits perfectly, and I'm purchasing another to swap out between washes. No issues with thigh tightness (I'm a medium up top and large on the bottom). Would definitely recommend!
Love this product. It supported my abdomen and fit well. The suspender straps were adjustable along me to have movement and support. Easy to put on and snaps at the crotch worked out great. I also ordered a petite one piece leotard which I wear for sleeping, comfortable yet very supportive.
The compression is great and I like how the top fits but the crotch area chafes as the day goes on and it also makes indents in your butt through your pants. I couldn’t wait to get home and change into a more comfortable garment after wearing this one all day.
