Designed with our proprietary fabric, the FBOM features open buttocks and comes with sacral foam pads. The sacral pads are stackable and allow doctors to customize fit and definition in the sacral triangle by adjusting to the size of the transfer. Reinforcement panels are also featured on the abdomen, hips, inner and outer thighs, and below the buttocks. Additional features include slide-adjustable shoulder straps, a padded zipper front closure with underlying hook & eye closure for easy application, above-the-knee leg coverage with a clean-cut finish, and an open crotch.

Had tummy tuck, lipo, and fat transfer to buttock. My d10or recommended this one. I bought this and a few others. I liked this one the best. Very soft and comfortable for a gidle. I recomend buying atleast two , that away you can have a clean one to wear while you hand wash and let air dry. This normally takes a day and 1/2 for me to completey dry. I just hang dry in my restroom though. Probably would dry much faster in the sun. I also recomend getting a smaller one to wear once your done swelling and lose weight, I needed a size smaller after the first 10 days of my surgery. It might be a little costly, but worth the money because of the quality, comfort, and great healing results.
