My recommendation is to buy it right the first time from reputable company, which is Marena. Other online discount stores have cheaper versions with the compression in the areas not where needed or are uncomfortable. Having to throw away several cheaper versions ended up costing more in the long run. The compression is consistent throughout and comfortable. Marena had a fabulous buy one wash one discount which was the best bang for my buck. 10/10 will buy again if surgery requires.

This faja is a nice alternative to the hook-and-eye style. The fabric is soft and stretchy while still providing solid compression. Be aware that is fits a bit looser than the hook-and-eye style. If you're post op with swelling throughout the day, you might prefer the hook-and-eye style to adjust (tighten or loosen).

So comfortable! I am a nurse so I needed something breathable while also providing the compression I need in a 12 hour day, and this is perfect for that!
