Our new Drain Bulb Management Recovery Bra is designed for comfortable support and management of drain bulbs and tubes following breast reduction procedures. This bra includes 2 modesty pouches and 4 rings, that are repositionable, to support the drain bulb and anchor it to the band, which reduces motion and pressure on the incision sites. Side-entry openings designed to allow tubes to feed to the bulb without obstruction. Engineered with our bi-cup sizing to accommodate breast volume variations due to swelling. Additional features include a combined padded hook-&-eye/zipper front closure for ease of donning and high-back coverage for additional support. Our proprietary TriFlex™ fabric has superior stretch to prevent binding, provides moisture-wicking and cooling, and active silver antimicrobial protection. Machine washable.

I bought this bra prior to my surgery, and boy am I glad I did! Drains are no fun, but any inch of comfort is priceless. Having the bulb "holsters" (as I call them), made the drains bearable, especially while sleeping. The bra itself holds tight and is very comfortable. I have since bought two additional bras, sans bulb holsters to rotate as I recover over these next 6+ weeks. Would wear these bras anyway. Spend the money.

I particularly like the Drain Bulb pouch design. I followed the sizing guide in ordering size 36; for comfort, I would order the next size up - size 38. Wishing Marena would sell bras made with %100 cotton.
