Our new Implant Stabilizer Bra provides a built-in elastic implant stabilizer band that helps stabilize the upward movement of the implants following breast augmentation procedures. Engineered with our bi-cup sizing and adjustable closures, this bra accommodates fluctuations in size due to swelling and features padded hook-&-eye shoulder straps for full adjustability. Our proprietary fabric has superior stretch to prevent binding, provides moisture-wicking and cooling, and active silver antimicrobial protection. Machine washable.

I’m a fan of Marena products. I can’t say it enough that you can’t beat this brand. I own at least 6 items from Marena. True to size. Snuggly but not tight. You can adjust the stabilizer however you need to. It’s comfortable, supportive, high quality fabrics. Save your time & energy from buying cheaper items somewhere else. For reference, I’m a 32DDD in bra size, I ordered size 32D/E for this bra and it fits very well.

I had complications with my mastopexy completed 4/2022. I required breast reconstruction on the right side and bilateral implant exchange and he went smaller than I had wanted him to. This time he trew in back lipo at no cost. This product was perfect for compression of breast and back, and stabilizing! I did have to return 1, at no fault of anyone but me! I used a tape measure frome China, not realizing it, and of course ordered too small. I was able to return one because the other was opened and tried on. Totally understandable and I am not mad at all! I think I will be buying a body suit for shape training! Thanks Marena
