Our Medium-Coverage Recovery Bra features front-close, detachable straps for clinical viewing and easy donning following breast augmentation procedures. Engineered with our bi-cup sizing and adjustable straps and closures, this bra accommodates fluctuations in size due to swelling. Features slide-adjustable shoulder straps and a microfiber 3-row hook-and-eye front closure allow for full adjustability. Additional features include outward facing seams that prevent suture disturbance and a semi-longline length that extends beyond the inframammary fold, with a soft, elastic bottom band. Our proprietary TriFlex™ fabric has superior stretch to prevent binding, provides moisture wicking and cooling, and active silver antimicrobial protection. Machine washable.

Wonderful compression and comfort after breast revision surgery. I was sent home after having corrective breast surgery with a pretty flimsy compression bra (if you could call it that). I immediately started search for something both comfortable and compressive, that's didn't rub against the stitches. I found this bra. It met every requirement. I purchase the shirred front post-surgical bra and it is FABULOUS! Having to wear post surgical bra f24 hours a day for four weeks plus a compression band on the upper pole swelling and help settle, I was ready for a step down bra a month in! The slightly lower fit of this style on the upper pole area is great 4 weeks post-surgery. Still supportive and with compression fabric, but definitely feels more like an everyday bra. These are so worth the price. Love Marena!

This is a really comfortable and supportive bra. I purchased one in a size 34AB for post mastopexy surgery and then another in black in 32AB because I was right between sizes. The smaller one fits better, but the larger still does the job. I will continue to wear these bras for every day because they're high quality and comfortable with excellent support. Now you try one!

It’s just been okay. I purchased three of these bras, which are expensive, because that’s what my surgeon requested. I started with 34D, and then was told to purchase 36D because I was told there was too much pressure on areas of suture. Since the beginning, I’ve been frustrated with both band sizes, because it keeps rising up slightly onto the under edge of my ******* which is very uncomfortable. I keep having to pull it down. So I’ve not been very happy, and wish I’d not purchased the larger band size at all.
