The V-back design allows for ease around the sides while providing compression in the waist, hips, and thighs. Molded buttock area for maximizing shape. Cups contain pockets for enhancing or modesty pads, available in Standard A-C + Large D-E size options. Designed with our proprietary TriFlex™ 3D stretch fabric. Straight fit.

- Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
- Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.

United StatesEven with the larger cups, still tight on top
After finishing all my lipedema surgeries I was excited to finally be able to get one of these as I am now proportional. But...I do have larger breast and have to squeeze into the top...even though I ordered the larger cups. That said. the garment does NOT indicate the size of the cups are larger so maybe I was sent a normal sized garment not one for bigger *******. I was surprised to find there is a crotch opening for going to to the bathroom and I think they did a great job in making one that is not wide open or obvious.

The full body long sleeve extra long bodysuit was awesome ,it covered everything the swelling in my arms ,my thighs ,my legs it was the perfect suit.. I’m about to purchase a short sleeve one as we speak and you can paired it with sweaters or a sweatshirt.. The compression is just right. I had my knees Lipo and my calfs so it was perfect for that..

I love my compression body suit . It's comfortable ,cooling material and it has all over control. The crotch opening could be a little more open for when needing to use the restroom. I must say i love this Marena compression body suit.
