Dale Clendon

President/CEO

Dale spent over three decades in the medical device industry. He has both supported and drove organizations to successful exits via private equity in senior executive positions. These include Ameda, Posey, KCI, and Tri-anim. Early in his career he worked primarily in Senior Executive Commercial roles for start-ups in Silicon Valley and began his career with Smiths Medical.

Dale identifies unrealized opportunities in an organization, bringing teams to challenge past and current processes to create material business advantages. As an inspirational leader, he connects stories with experiences that drive performance and action across departments. Dale establishes consistent business processes leading to high-value exits and holds his organizations to their strategic direction.

In March 2018, Dale joined Marena as President and Chief Executive Officer. Under his direction, the Marena team has experienced tremendous growth.

Dale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Chico State University in Marketing and Economics.
