Chief Product Officer
Jennifer brings over 25 years of expertise in the intimate apparel and shapewear industry, with a focus on merchandising, product development, and sourcing. Her experience spans large-scale corporations and founder-led startups, enabling her to drive both growth and innovation. As Chief Product Officer at Marena, she leads product strategy and development of innovative post-surgical apparel solutions.
Before joining Marena in October 2024, Jennifer spent 14 years at Spanx as Vice President of Product Development. There, she expanded the brand’s portfolio, contributing to its growth to a $1 billion valuation and eventual acquisition by Blackstone. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at VF Corporation, including leading the private label team at Vanity Fair Brands and serving as Director of Merchandising for Vanity Fair, where she helped strengthen the brand’s position in department and chain stores.
At Marena, Jennifer focuses on creating solution-driven products that support patient recovery and enhance confidence. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
