Staci is an award-winning senior sales and commercial leader with more than 15 years of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and executing successful go-to-market strategies across the healthcare and medical device sectors.

With more than a decade focused on women’s health, Staci brings deep expertise in breast care and clinical workflows, working closely with clinicians and health systems to advance care through innovative solutions. She has a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets across capital equipment, disposables, and service portfolios, with repeated top-ranked national performance while leading large, complex revenue portfolios.

Staci is known for developing and mentoring sales leaders, strengthening operational execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to launch new products and accelerate growth. Her leadership style blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, fostering strong clinical relationships and driving accountability through clear performance metrics.

Her career reflects steady advancement and trusted leadership roles. She holds an MBA and a Master’s in Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky.
