Marena garments are designed for precise compression, so finding your right size is important for comfort and performance. Because these garments are recognized as a Class I medical device, accurate sizing is especially important for comfort, fit, and the results you expect.
Before you order, take a few minutes to measure yourself and match your measurements to the size chart linked above.
A few helpful tips:
- Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
- Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.
- Check the correct size chart for the garment. Different styles may use different size charts.
- Between sizes? Choose the larger of the two sizes. If you are unsure, please reach out to us for guidance.

United StatesI had a brachioplasty two weeks ago and immediately began using this garment. It fits perfectly and is as comfortable as this type of garment can be. I do wish the edges that go under your armpit was the same as the one at the wrist, I believe that would increase the comfort level substantially.

Used the garment after 2 weeks post lipedema removal surgery. I started with the full length vest. I had to cut a slit in each arm pit due rubbing. I will continue to use during recovery. Currently waiting to size down as my upper arms are ready but forearms are too tight in next size. Thanks Marena!
