- Do not rely on your usual shirt or pant size. Marena sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.

I have not used the scar gel sheets yet, but I have used the lipo board, which is soft but sturdy enough for support. It is also flexible enough to easily mold to the area where you need it, which for me was the abdomen.
