The Lipedema Everyday Management Legging provides optimal levels of compression, which may help reduce inflammation, pain, tenderness, and sensitivity in the affected areas. Compression has been shown to help improve circulation and promote lymphatic drainage.
Features an evolved foot coverage design with gliding panel technology to help enhance mobility while minimizing pressure points. An articulated heel and clean-cut toe opening provide anatomical shaping and an improved fit..
Made with our proprietary TriFlex™ 3D stretch fabric, this garment provides consistent targeted compression that has been shown to help combat swelling, plus relieve pain related to tissue fibrosis that may occur with lipedema.
Additional features such as antimicrobial protection and moisture wicking help keep the skin cool and dry, which supports longer wear time. In addition, it can help aid in the appearance of lipedema by smoothing the skin and contouring the legs.
The soft, elastic waistband ensures all-day comfort while reinforced stitching provides strength and durability for extended wear.

These bring my heart rate down 10-15 points even without beta blockers. I use them with my meds to control my POTS. When I wear them, I’m able to walk, stand, and generally have energy when I wasn’t able to do any of that before. If you have POTS, you should definitely check these out!
