I luckily pre-purchased this compression garment prior to surgery. It was much better quality than the one provided by the hospital, and did not dig into the armpits. The hooks were tight, but made it so much easier to zip up for a snug fit. Even though it was a bit more expensive than copycat items on Amazon and eBay, I have zero regrets and would make the same purchase again.
